What Can I Expect During The Process?
After you drop off your vehicle with our expert staff we will help guide you through the claims process and provide a rental car if needed. We will then secure the necessary documentation from your insurance company and begin the repairs.
STEP 1 - We blueprint the repairs for your vehicle inspecting every inch including finding any hidden damage. Our team gathers all of the appropriate data in order to provide the most accurate estimate possible.
STEP 2 - Once the assessment is completed and everything is approved, we order parts from our trusted vendors with the goal to replace all parts with OEM factory parts.
STEP 3 - Once all the parts arrive for your car we will begin the repair process. Our team of trained technicians (I-car and ase) will restore your car back to OEM standards.
STEP 4 - Our next step is the paint. We have specially trained and certified painters who use PPG paint systems for a flawless finish. We use the best equipment available including sata and iwata paint guns to Blowtherm and GYS paint booths that will heat and bake the finish on just like the factory.
STEP 5 - After the paint is complete it's time for the final assembly. This area is the most detailed area where we put together the final product. We do a post repair scan on your electronic system to ensure that everything is functioning as it should be and use a 21-point inspection list when we are done. Our technicians complete a full set of test drives to ensure everything is running properly.
STEP 6 - Our final step is a bath. We hand wash the exteriors and do a thorough clean-up of your interior. We want your car looking its best when you come to pick it up!
